Wengrod as Vice Chair &#8211; Los Angeles County; and Christel Vilogron as Vice Chair &#8211; Orange County<\/b><\/p><p>This new team of highly accomplished professionals and leaders in their respective fields will lead the District Export Council of Southern California for the period of 2022-2023<\/p><p>Los Angeles, California &#8211; April 28, 2022<\/p><p>The District Export Council of Southern California (DECSC) appoints Vincent Iacopella as Chair; William (Bill) Edwards as Vice Chair; Megan Cullen as Treasurer and Vice Chair &#8211; Central Coast; Kenneth L. Wengrod as Vice Chair &#8211; Los Angeles County; and Christel Vilogron as Vice Chair &#8211; Orange County. After two years of extraordinary accomplishments, David Habib Jr. steps down as Chair of DECSC and hands over the reins to the new leadership team.
